Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food preparation.
  • Experience in managing kitchen standards, health and safety, and understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, participate in recruitment, and foster professional growth.
  • Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
