Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

  • Dedication to delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring all dishes meet high standards.
  • Experience in maintaining food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Commitment to building a coaching culture within the team, focusing on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
