Executive Head Teacher leading two nursery schools, Washwood Heath Nursery School and Bordesley Green East Nursery School, on a permanent full-time basis. The work combines strategic vision with day-to-day operational control across early years provision, including EYFS delivery, inclusion, SEND and safeguarding. The post spans two sites answering to two governing bodies, so it suits a leader used to running more than one setting. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the start is the summer term 2027 or as soon as notice allows.
