Job summary

Cambrian Learning Trust is seeking an Early Years Leading Practitioner to drive EYFS teaching and learning across all its schools. The role focuses on raising standards through mentoring, observations and staff development, with a strong emphasis on collaborative practice and school improvement.

The part-time post (0.2 FTE, around 6.5 hours per week) works alongside the Director of Education and head teachers, starting 4 January 2027, and requires an enhanced DBS and eligibility to work in the

Job description

This Early Years Leading Practitioner post sits with Cambrian Learning Trust and covers EYFS teaching and learning across all of the Trust's schools. The work centres on raising teaching standards through school improvement activity such as lesson observations, book scrutiny and mentoring, alongside running staff development sessions.
