The successful candidate will be a truly inspirational leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence. They will combine strong leadership and management skills with extensive knowledge of child development, early years pedagogy and staff development.

The successful candidate will be subject to all required pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check with children's barred list information, verification of identity and qualifications, appropriate references, checks of the candidate’s right to work in the UK, a prohibition from teaching check and a Section 128 direction check. In accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026, an online search will be undertaken for shortlisted candidates as part of the school’s recruitment due diligence.
