Hand Picked Hotels’ Buckland Manor Hotel in Worcestershire seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy luxury kitchen and craft seasonal menus that reflect our five-star dining offering.

You will manage a professional culinary team, build strong supplier relationships, control costs, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our outlets, ensuring consistency in presentation and flavour.

Formación

• Significant experience leading high-performing professional kitchens.
• Advanced culinary or hospitality qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
• Design and oversee dishes reflecting creativity and seasonal diversity.
