The Landmark London invites a passionate Head Chef to join our luxury kitchen on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will lead a high-performing team, maintain 2 AA Rosette standards and drive seasonal menus and signature dishes across a five-star hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-end hotel kitchens and rosette-standard restaurants.
• Experience leading a large kitchen team in a luxury, five-star hotel environment.
• Strong focus on quality, consistency and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead kitchen operations and maintain 2 AA Rosette standards with aim for 3 Rosettes.
• Develop innovative, seasonal menus and signature dishes.
