Harbour Hotels is seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef for Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa. The role oversees two busy kitchen operations, HarBAR on 6th and the Meetings & Events kitchen, ensuring outstanding food, service and commercial performance.

You will lead from the front, develop two brigades, manage costs and labour, and build a compelling food offering across both venues, including high-volume events and catering.

Responsibilities

• Lead two separate kitchen operations and their brigades.
• Balance two distinct menus and food offerings across two kitchens.
• Develop menus and concepts for HarBAR on 6th and Meetings & Events kitchen.
• Manage costs, labour, stock, and commercial performance.
• Lead, develop and inspire chefs across both brigades.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and quality.
