Job summary

Car Benefit Solutions Limited seeks an ambitious, commercially astute Director of Finance to join the Executive Board and shape CBS's financial future. You will define long-term strategy, ensure sustainability and position the business for growth with robust governance and capital management.

You will lead finance and treasury, provide decisive financial insight to the Board, and drive value creation while championing responsible risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Senior finance leadership experience at executive/board level.
• Experience shaping financial strategy and governance frameworks.
• Strong commercial judgement and strategic decision-making with analytical skills.
• Experience developing and executing business and financial strategies and performance frameworks.
• Ability to provide clear insight, assurance and constructive challenge at Board level.
• Proven track record leading high-performing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term financial direction, capital strategy and value creation priorities.
• Shape strategic decisions through financial and market insight.
• Deploy capital, funding and resources to support objectives.
• Balance growth, profitability, cash flow and risk for long-term value.
