Car Benefit Solutions seeks a Director of Technology to join its Executive Board and shape the technology strategy for a market-leading leasing and automotive solutions business.

You will drive digital transformation, oversee data and security platforms, and align technology with growth, customer outcomes and operational excellence. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead major programs and cultivate top technology talent across CBS.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience at executive or board level.
• Track record in shaping technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong governance, cyber security and risk management knowledge.
• Experience balancing innovation with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technology vision and investment priorities.
• Lead technology transformation programs and platform modernization.
• Ensure cyber resilience, data quality and information security across CBS.
• Sponsor data analytics and AI initiatives to drive business value.
• Provide executive leadership and governance to CBS technology teams.
