Page Executive is handling a Finance Director search for a pivotal, employee-owned business in the UK. The role reports to the CEO/COO and partners with the senior leadership team to drive sustainable growth and governance.

The successful candidate will oversee the financial function, lead reporting, taxation, and risk management while delivering commercial insight to shape strategy and informed decision-making.

Job Description

As Finance Director, you will have full responsibility for the financial leadership of the Group, ensuring best-in‑class financial control, governance, reporting, compliance and taxation.
