Car Benefit Solutions (CBS) seeks an ambitious Director of Technology to join the Executive Board and shape the technology future of the business. Lead the long-term strategy, oversee technology capabilities, data assets and systems architecture to enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

You will champion technology as a strategic enabler of customer experience, employee effectiveness and operational excellence, while guiding governance, risk and transformation across CBS.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience at board or senior leadership level.
• Experience shaping technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong governance, cyber security and data transformation understanding.
• Proven ability to balance innovation with risk and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead CBS long-term technology vision and investment priorities.
• Drive technology-enabled transformation and capability development.
• Provide strategic insight to Executive Board decisions and performance metrics.
• Ensure cyber resilience, data protection and scalable technology platforms.
