The Role

Key Skills & Capabilities

  • Previous experience delivering varied scale of conferences and B2B events (opportunity to work on B2C brands also)
  • Have worked on international events (able to travel if required)
  • Can work from London office 3 x a week
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly

Marble are looking for an experienced Executive Producer to deliver events across our portfolio of clients, focused on conferences and B2B clients. You will need to have extensive experience of delivering high quality, large scale events both nationally and internationally. This is an exciting role within a growing agency.

As an Executive Producer at Marble, you will be responsible for managing complex, global-scale projects with precision and creativity. Collaborating closely with the Client Services team, you will bring client briefs and concepts to life, delivering innovative solutions that uncover the client’s core purpose and effectively support their business objectives.

Beyond project delivery, you will act as a strategic partner to the Account Management team—contributing insight to pitches and nurturing client relationships to drive account growth. As a senior leader within the Delivery Team, you will mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering their professional development and ensuring excellence in project execution. Your role will be pivotal in both the agency’s operational success and the strategic advancement of client partnerships.

Job Requirements

Project Management

  • Lead the internal and external delivery team through the full project lifecycle ensuring collaboration, clarity, and accountability across all workstreams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client during project delivery, maintaining consistent and confident communication to manage expectations, resolve challenges, and reinforce trust.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional internal and external teams, fostering a high-performance culture, clear communication, and collaborative delivery from brief to execution.
  • Ensure that event delivery aligns with both creative ambition and commercial objectives, managing scope, time, budget, and quality effectively.
  • Deliver international events with full consideration of local laws, logistics, cultural nuances, and supplier management, ensuring seamless global execution that aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage cross-border teams and timelines effectively, navigating time zones, remote collaboration, and international production challenges with agility and cultural sensitivity.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, introducing new tools, formats, partners, or approaches to elevate event experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Translate creative and strategic briefs into clear production frameworks, involving the right talent (internal or freelance) to execute with excellence.
  • Manage project logistics, technical production, supplier workflows, and stakeholder approvals with rigor and agility.
  • Implement and refine project tracking systems, ensuring clear documentation, real-time visibility, and aligned communication across departments.
  • Navigate unforeseen issues with speed and composure, deploying contingency plans and mobilising the right support when needed.

Account Management

  • Act as a strategic delivery partner to the Account Manager on key clients.
  • Collaborate in shaping the creative concept, ensuring it is both inspiring and fully deliverable to the highest executional standards.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client-side project leads and stakeholders.
  • Identify delivery-led opportunities to improve or extend project scope in collaboration with Account team.
  • Support the Account Manager in preparing case studies, debriefs, and performance reports to help secure repeat business.
  • Attend client growth meetings as a delivery subject-matter expert to add value and insight.
  • Ensure event delivery aligns with the client's broader business objectives, translating strategic goals into impactful experiences that drive measurable outcomes.

Reporting, Analysis & Finance

  • Lead the creation of detailed post-project reports that capture performance metrics across budget, timelines, supplier delivery, client satisfaction, and team resourcing.
  • Translate delivery data into clear insights that can inform future event strategies, enhance production efficiency, and improve client outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Management to transform delivery learnings into compelling growth narratives—supporting rebooking, upselling, and long-term client retention.
  • Identify patterns in performance (e.g., underused resource types, supplier issues, process inefficiencies) and recommend optimizations to improve delivery quality and profitability.
  • Contribute to internal reporting frameworks and dashboards, helping leadership understand production trends, capacity, and commercial performance across accounts.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement through structured debriefs, learnings logs, and proactive adoption of best practices.

Sustainability

  • Ensure all event delivery practices align with our sustainability standards, including sustainable procurement, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
  • Act as a sustainability champion on projects, guiding internal teams and suppliers to meet or exceed compliance expectations.
  • Prioritise and advocate for the use of certified suppliers, local sourcing, and low-impact materials. Ensure sustainability is a core consideration in supplier briefing, selection, and evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to design solutions that balance impact with environmental responsibility. Proactively challenge briefs and propose alternative formats—such as hybrid or modular builds—that reduce carbon impact.
  • Monitor sustainability objectives (e.g., carbon footprint, material reuse, waste diversion rates) for each project. Contribute to internal and client-facing sustainability reporting, supporting transparent impact measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and educate junior staff on sustainable event practices. Help embed sustainability thinking into day-to-day workflows, pitches, and client communications.
  • Make decisions that consider social and environmental impact, not just profit. Actively contribute to agency-wide initiatives that support B Corp impact areas, including community engagement, ethical sourcing, and inclusive supply chains.
  • Promote social sustainability by ensuring events foster diversity, equity, and inclusion—both within the team and through supplier partnerships—while supporting local communities and fair labor practices.
