Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an Executive Director to lead strategic planning, governance and execution across core technology priorities within Securities Services Technology.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive investment decisions, transformation initiatives and operating model enhancements while delivering executive insights and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Finance and Business units.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Management, Strategy, COO, Finance, Transformation or Technology leadership.
• Experience managing complex investment portfolios or strategic programs.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance and Business.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic priorities across infrastructure, AI, vendor management and organizational resilience.
• Partner with senior leaders on business planning, investment governance and operating model effectiveness.
• Develop governance frameworks, metrics and reporting.
• Lead financial management activities including forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology efficiency, scalability and cost effectiveness.
• Drive vendor strategy and third-party optimization.
• Lead workforce resilience initiatives and succession planning.
• Deliver executive-level insights to inform strategic decisions.
