Job summary

Newbury College and University Centre Newbury is seeking an experienced administration professional to support the Executive Director - Standards and Projects (EDSP). You will provide secretariat support for projects and ensure a clear interface between governance and project work.

You will assist with due diligence and procurement, help keep college policies current and published, and support authors and the EDSP to ensure quality and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experienced administration professional with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Pro-active attitude, good time management, and ability to build excellent working relationships.
  • MS Word, Excel and Adobe experience is required.

Job description
