First Community Health and Care is seeking an exceptional Director of Quality, People and Multi-Professional Leadership to join the Board and Executive Team. You will provide strategic leadership for quality, patient safety, workforce, organisational development and professional practice across the organisation, while ensuring governance, performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in healthcare, social enterprise or complex care settings.
• Board-level or equivalent experience contributing to governance and performance improvements.
• Track record of leading quality, safety, workforce development and professional leadership.
• Experience in leading transformative programmes and culture change within NHS or community providers.
• Executive leadership with a values-driven, inclusive leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for quality, patient safety, workforce, organisational development and professional practice across First Community Health and Care.
• Act as CQC Nominated Individual and ensure governance, performance and sustainability of the organisation.
• Lead integrated strategies for quality and workforce while shaping neighbourhood health and integrated care.
• Offer independent executive assurance to the Board on quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with system partners to strengthen community services and system-wide improvements.
