Job summary

First Community Health and Care invites an exceptional leader to join the Board as Director of Quality, People and Multi-Professional Leadership and CQC Nominated Individual. As a member of the Executive Team, you will provide strategic leadership for quality, patient safety, workforce, organisational development and professional practice across our NHS community services.

You will require current NMC or HCPC registration and extensive executive experience in improving quality and workforce in

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Significant executive-level experience in quality, workforce and professional practice.
• Proven track record of improvement, transformation and system leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for quality, patient safety and professional practice.
• Oversee workforce development and organisational development.
• Ensure high standards of governance and care across the organisation.
• Act as CQC Nominated Individual and champion continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical, corporate and system partners.
