Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is looking for an experienced Executive Director of People and Workforce Development to lead the People and Learning Culture Directorate in Kirkby. This role focuses on developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and workforce capabilities.

As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for implementing the People and Learning Culture Strategy, advising senior leadership on people and culture matters, and fostering an inclusive organisational culture.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in HR or organisational development.
• Experience in developing and delivering people strategy and Workforce planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
