Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting an exceptional organisation in Kirkby with recruiting an Executive Director of People and Workforce Development. You will lead the People and Learning Culture Directorate, shaping strategy and delivering high-quality services across employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and workforce planning.

You will provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board, drive organisational change, and build an inclusive, values-led culture with staff engagement

Qualifications

Significant senior leadership experience in people, HR, OD or learning culture.
Experience developing and delivering people strategy, workforce planning and culture change.
Knowledge of UK employment law, safeguarding-related people practice and employee relations risk.
Ability to present strategic reports and board papers with workforce analysis.
Strong data analytics and credible stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the People and Learning Culture Strategy.
Advise the CEO and Board on people, workforce, culture and governance matters.
Direct the Directorate across ER, recruitment, learning, development, and workforce planning.
Foster an inclusive, values-led culture with staff engagement and wellbeing at the core.
Provide executive leadership for organisational change and new operating models.
Lead strategic workforce planning to meet current and future service needs.
