Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director and Global Operations Lead for Regulatory Reporting Operations. You will own the global operating model, drive end-to-end delivery, and collaborate across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to ensure timely, compliant reporting and strong data quality.

This role leads a multiyear AI-enabled transformation, partnering with Technology, Compliance, and Legal to advance automation, governance, and control frameworks while maintaining exam readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading regulatory reporting operations in financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale tech-driven transformation.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global organization responsible for regulatory reporting execution, including staffing, performance management and talent development.
• Own the global operating model, governance forums, procedures, standards and controls for consistent regional execution.
• Drive strategic change in partnership with Technology, automation and platform modernization, reducing manual effort and risk.
• Manage regulatory-driven change across regions, including interpretation support and controlled execution.
• Strengthen data and controls with clear ownership and sustainable fixes.
• Ensure exam readiness and timely responses to regulators with audit trail.
• Partner with business on product and market initiatives impacting regulatory reporting.
