Germantown Avenue Crisis Ministry seeks an experienced leader to guide the organization with excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will set strategic goals and oversee daily operations, including programs, fundraising, finance, and staff and volunteer leadership.

• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in non-profit community services – preferably with a focus on housing, utilities and food insecurity – with at least five years of supervisory experience.
• Proven history of maintaining and developing revenue streams to support programs and activities.
• Strong history of successful non-profit fundraising.
• Program development and organizational growth experience.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, oversee, motivate, and collaborate with staff and volunteers.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors.

• Lead strategic growth to expand reach, services and community impact.
• Provide timely, accurate information on finances, programs, and operations to the Board.
• Ensure compliance with bylaws and all legal obligations.
