Job summary

WTW is seeking an Analyst to contribute to executive compensation and board advisory work in ECBA. You will join a 9‑month FAST START training programme, develop consulting and technical skills, and work with market-leading data and GenAI tools.

You’ll draft reports, build client relationships, and gain exposure to high-profile assignments across industries. You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver data-driven insights and support remuneration decisions that align with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Keen interest in executive remuneration, governance or related fields.
• Comfort with GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on cross-industry client assignments using market-leading data and digital tools.
• Draft reports and exhibits with impactful data visualisation and storytelling.
• Assist with Directors' Remuneration Report drafting for annual reports.
• Contribute to governance, regulatory reviews and benchmarking with pay elements.
