Berkeley Scott is seeking an experienced General Catering Manager / Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at a prestigious independent school in the City of London. The role combines hands-on cooking with strategic leadership and operational management in a high-quality food operation.

You will develop menus, manage budgets and stocks, ensure compliance, and oversee catering for school events; Christmas Eve/Day work is required. Salary is £55,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experienced Chef Manager with strong culinary leadership.
• Proven ability to manage catering operations at scale.
• Experience in independent schools, B&I or hotels is ideal.
