Qualifications

• Experience in a chef or catering management role.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• 2 references required.
• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate held.
• Food Allergen Certificate held or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the catering team in a busy school kitchen.
• Plan and prepare high-quality meals for staff and students.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food service standards.
• Manage stock, supplies and kitchen organisation.
• Maintain food hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Create a welcoming and professional kitchen environment.
• Support and motivate kitchen staff during service.
