Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef/ Chef Manager to lead a high-spec kitchen at St Paul’s Cathedral School, London. The role is Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekends and events; salary up to £55,000 per annum.

You will manage a catering team, plan menus, control stocks and budgets, ensure food safety standards, and deliver fresh, seasonal meals to students.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a professional or high-standard kitchen.
• Ability to cook fresh, seasonal food at a consistently high standard.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, budgets, and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
• Experience or willingness to support catering events and client functions.
