Job summary

Soho House is seeking an Executive Chef in the United Kingdom to plan, organize and lead the Kitchen Department in line with company and regional standards. The role is highly operational, including on-the-line cooking and managing expo and ticket times, with a strong focus on profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Culinary trained and professional who is passionate and curious to develop and grow as a Chef
• Experienced managing P&L’s, labour, purchasing, vendors and quality control while providing results in revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a back-of-house kitchen team to drive dining experiences.
• Oversee BOH operations including recruitment, onboarding, training and payroll.
• Ensure health, safety and allergy procedures comply with policy.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop seasonal menus and maintain recipes and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Events on menus and product delivery.
