• Proven experience running a busy Business & Industry contract.
• Strong contract catering experience in high-volume fresh food operations.
• Excellent fine dining and hospitality experience.
• Solid knowledge of food hygiene legislation and allergen compliance.
• Strong menu planning and food costing with commercial mindset.
• Passion for food, creativity and developing people.
