Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Peterborough is seeking ambitious individuals for a Finance Broker trainee programme. You will proactively generate new business, speak with business owners, and qualify funding opportunities, progressively earning through an uncapped commission structure.

The role offers a guaranteed salary during training, a first-year OTE of £60,000–£125,000, and structured mentoring to progress into a fully qualified Finance Broker.
