ACS Staffing Solutions in Peterborough is seeking ambitious individuals for a Finance Broker trainee programme. You will proactively generate new business, speak with business owners, and qualify funding opportunities, progressively earning through an uncapped commission structure.

The role offers a guaranteed salary during training, a first-year OTE of £60,000–£125,000, and structured mentoring to progress into a fully qualified Finance Broker.

Qualifications

Previous B2B sales experience required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
Desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

Proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound calls.
Building relationships with business owners and decision makers.
Understanding clients' funding requirements and qualifying opportunities.
Supporting the preparation of finance proposals and applications.
Working closely with senior brokers and directors as part of a structured development programme.
Building a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
