Job summary

NTT DATA London Briefing Center seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to orchestrate executive client engagements and onsite events. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, content preparation, and deliver a consistently high-quality visitor experience in partnership with the Client Experience Centre team.

You will develop briefing agendas, manage CRM records and briefing systems, and support KPI tracking and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent briefings and event workstreams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including briefing summaries and presentation content.
• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail in logistics and content accuracy.
• Experience coordinating logistics for events involving senior stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate executive client engagements and onsite events from initial request to on-site execution and post-engagement follow-up.
• Develop briefing agendas and session flows in collaboration with senior CXC staff.
• Manage room setup, AV, catering, and hospitality for London events.
• Maintain CRM records and briefing management system data; track attendee profiles and outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality visitor experience.
