Job summary

DPD is seeking a Secretary to the National Sales Manager (North) in Nottingham. You will provide executive support, manage confidential communications, and prepare high-quality presentations to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proactive organization, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate meetings, travel and reporting using Keynote and Excel.

Qualifications

• Secretarial experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create high-quality presentations for senior management.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level secretarial and executive administrative support to the National Sales Manager - North.
• Create high-level reporting and executive summaries from internal/external systems (Excel, Google Docs).
• Act as first point of contact for general enquiries and escalations to SMT/board.
• Prepare presentations and reports to a high standard, predominantly using Keynote.
• Organise venues and catering for Sales Team meetings and events.
• Produce memos, minutes and recruitment documents liaising with HR as required.
• Monitor holiday entitlement, absences and Sales Team leave calendar.
