Job summary

LGC is recruiting an Executive PA to support the Life Sciences Industry Director and the Leadership Team in a hybrid London-based role. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and act as a key information conduit across the NIHR Industry Hub and external partners.

Your role requires discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive PA or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting Board/C-suite executives.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong governance, compliance and confidentiality in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole liaison for the Life Sciences Industry Director.
• Manage and organise diaries, appointments and inboxes; flag urgent items.
• Coordinate Industry Leadership Team meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
