LGC is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to direct a complex portfolio supporting NIHR’s Life Sciences Industry Implementation Plan in the UK. You will coordinate multi‑partner workstreams, translate strategy into actionable plans, and maintain governance across delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in delivering the NIHR Life Sciences Industry Implementation Plan across multiple workstreams and partners.
• Use programme and project management experience to prioritise, arrange, and track interconnected activities.
• Translate strategic priorities into coherent programme plans with governance and oversight.
• Track progress and ensure activities align with life sciences strategy goals.
• Collaborate with senior partners across organisations, adapting to different audiences and seniority levels.
• Develop and sustain collaborations with NIHR and external partners, including pharmaceutical companies.
• Support workstreams related to industry collaboration, clinical trials management, and system transformation.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining clear communication between collaborators.
• Bring structure and coordination to complex areas of work to progress delivery.
