• Extensive experience managing complex projects and programmes.
• Strong programme planning abilities, with the ability to map dependencies and track progress across multiple workstreams.
• Experience establishing and implementing effective governance arrangements.
• Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple collaborators and priorities across organisations.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Diplomatic and collaborative approach when engaging with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of NIHR Life Sciences Industry Implementation Plan across multiple workstreams and partners.
• Prioritise, arrange, and track a wide range of interconnected activities using extensive programme management experience.
• Translate strategic priorities into coherent programme plans with governance and oversight throughout.
• Track progress and ensure activities align with the life sciences strategy and broader goals.
• Collaborate with senior partners across NIHR and external organisations, including pharmaceutical companies.
• Support workstreams related to industry collaboration, commercial clinical trials management, and system transformation.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining clear, effective communication among collaborators.
• Bring structure and coordination to complex areas of work to drive progress and delivery.
