OpenFX is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer to orchestrate the operating rhythm across India, the US, and Europe. • Minimum 10+ years supporting a C-suite or senior operations leader, with experience during rapid growth.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, with the ability to ship high‑quality work under an executive’s name.
• Exceptional calendar and priorities management across multiple global time zones.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, create ownership, and drive follow‑through across stakeholders.

• Own the COO's priorities and operating rhythm across time zones and leadership levels.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, track OKRs and action items, and ensure timely follow‑through.
