Job summary

IFM Investors is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer (Risk & Compliance). You will provide high-level, confidential support to a global CRO, coordinating governance meetings and ensuring timely delivery of agendas, papers, and briefing materials.

You will manage the CRO’s complex diary, travel arrangements and communications, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Executive Assistant within a corporate/financial services environment.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted interface between CRO’s office and executive/board stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers and follow-ups for governance bodies.
• Manage CRO’s calendar, travel, expenses and communications with high discretion and accuracy.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Champion adoption of firm-wide processes and digital tools in executive operations.
