This is an opportunity to work at the heart of Bytes, supporting our Group CEO and helping ensure that executive and Board activity runs with focus, pace and precision. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who wants genuine ownership, senior-level exposure and the opportunity to make a visible difference in a fast-moving business.
Your role is simple in principle: help the CEO operate at their best!
You’ll bring structure to a complex and constantly changing environment, protect time for the priorities that matter most, and make sure important actions don’t get lost. Alongside executive support, you’ll coordinate Board and governance activity, working closely with senior leaders, legal advisers and governance stakeholders.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for direction. You’ll need the judgement to know what needs attention, the confidence to challenge appropriately and the resilience to stay calm when priorities compete.
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:
Bytes helps organisations modernise and transform their IT, working with SME, corporate and public‑sector customers. We combine the pace and energy of a growing technology business with a strong focus on our people, customers and long-term development. What makes this opportunity different is its proximity to the business. You won’t just manage a diary. You’ll operate alongside some of the most senior people in Bytes, have visibility across executive and Board priorities, and be trusted to use your judgement to make things work better.
For someone who values ownership, autonomy, challenge and impact, it’s an opportunity to become a trusted part of how the Group operates.
