Key responsibilities

Operational leadership

• Own the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and weekly cadence

• Coordinate meetings, projects, and leadership communication

• Prepare agendas, track actions, and drive follow‑through

• Act as a strategic gatekeeper, clearing obstacles and protecting focus

Social media and brand strategy

• Design and execute the CEO’s content plan across LinkedIn and other channels

• Draft, schedule, and post engaging written and video content that sounds like the CEO

• Grow audience size by analysing performance, testing ideas, and optimising for reach and engagement

• Work with the media team to create consistent on‑brand assets

• Arrange guest appearances, podcasts, interviews, and live sessions

• Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep the brand voice fresh and relevant.

• Exceptionally organised and proactive

• Social media expert with a track record of building and engaging audiences

• Strong copywriter who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling posts

• Comfortable with scheduling tools such as Buffer or native platform suites

• Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure

• Confident working with senior leaders and creative teams

• Analytical mind that translates data into actionable insights

• Energised by a founder led, fast paced, high growth environment
