Executive Assistant to CEO - 12 Month FTC

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global property company, within luxury offices based in Canary Wharf and the West End. The role involves supporting a newly appointed CEO, an inspirational leader highly respected in the industry. The position is primarily office-based, with WFH options when the CEO is traveling, which is frequent. The role will involve supporting the CEO with a dotted line to her Chief of Staff, managing diaries, meetings, global travel, inbox, expenses, and event organization. You will work alongside other EAs and have some team management responsibilities. We seek a C-Suite EA with experience managing staff and leading transformation initiatives. Global exposure and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a flexible, proactive approach. Candidates from a financial or professional services background, with experience in large corporate or SME environments, are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for an EA seeking their next career step.
