Overview

AGlobalPrivateEquityfirm has a fantastic opportunity for a bright, focused and ambitious Executive Assistant keen to work in a highly organisational role in a high-expectation, international environment.

This is a Fixed Term Contract, maternity cover supporting a team that is motivated, engaging and high-performing.

Role and Team

You will be working closely with the Managing Director and wider team, where your attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to anticipate needs will make a real impact. The team values precision, urgency, and someone who can hit the ground running, contributing to a smooth operation.

You must be an Assistant with at least 5 years of experience, ideally within Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Investment Banking or similar, and are looking for a move into a great firm with a strong internal culture, where you will be a crucial part of the team. Please apply.

You will use your exceptional organisational skills to manage a demanding schedule, arrange meetings across multiple timezones, plan complex intentional travel and detail itineraries. The firm is seeking an Assistant who is client-facing in their communication, proactive and one step ahead to ensure the smooth running of their day.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience working as an Assistant within a corporate business, ideally in an investment sector environment.

Duties and Requirements

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide proactive support to the MD and wider team.
  • Manage complex diaries, travel, and scheduling.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth communication internally and externally.
  • Anticipate needs and take ownership to deliver results with minimal direction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an EA, ideally gained within private equity, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Strong communication skills, with a polished and professional client-facing approach.
  • Able to hit the ground running and add value quickly.
