Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Type: Rolling temporary contract

Location: Canary Wharf (office based role)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior-level executives and investment bankers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced environment of investment banking, where your exceptional organisational skills will be put to good use. You'll be responsible for managing complex travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between executives and other stakeholders. With your strong understanding of business priorities and deep awareness of high-level business connections, you'll play an integral part in the smooth running of the organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Manage executive use of Outlook for inbox and diary management
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, VISAs, and ground transportation
  • Plan and manage internal and external events including town halls, off-sites, senior visits, roadshows
  • Process coverage expenses through Concur, reimbursement, personal amounts owing and monthly account reconciliations
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business priorities and key people within the organisation
  • Work as a team player with cover group mentality and effective teamwork ethic
