Job Description:
Global hedgefund are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior executives within their London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join a leading hedge fund, providing seamless, high-level administrative and operational support in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
This is 6 month contract, candidates need to be immediately available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior stakeholder and adhoc to the Team
- Assist with investor relations support including roadshow coordination and event planning
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones, including scheduling meetings, calls, and internal/external events
- Arrange extensive international travel, including visa applications, detailed itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and confidential documents as required
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for all internal and external communications
- Manage expense processing and reconciliation in a timely manner
- Assist with investor relations support including roadshow coordination and event planning
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers
- Provide ad hoc personal support where required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services, investment management, private equity, or a hedge fund
- Assist with investor relations support including roadshow coordination and event planning (must have evidence of this)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
- Highly organised, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and discreet approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
