Job Title: Executive Assistant


Location: Central Bristol, BS1


Contract Details: Temporary - ongoing


Monday- Friday


9-5:30


Salary: £18 per hour, weekly pay


Responsibilities:


As an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives within a high-growth international cloud technology organisation, you will:




  • Manage dynamic diaries and coordinate high-level meetings potentially across different time zones.

  • Prepare executive briefing materials, board presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive business information with discretion.

  • Draft and format strategic communications, including leadership updates and client-facing emails.

  • Plan and book complex international travel for senior executives, ensuring seamless logistics.

  • organise comprehensive itineraries aligned with executive meetings and industry events.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and regional leadership teams, managing cross-border communications.

  • Oversee company-wide executive events and facilitate onboarding/offboarding for senior executives.

  • Track actions and decisions from leadership meetings and liaise with cross-functional teams to maintain strategic alignment.

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance executive workflows and internal communications.



Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):




  • Prior experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced global environments.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

  • Ability to navigate cultural nuances and business protocols in international settings.

  • Proven experience in project coordination and strategic execution.



Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):




  • Experience in the Information Technology & Telecommunications industry.

  • Familiarity with executive-level governance and compliance processes.

  • Knowledge of travel planning and event logistics for high-profile engagements.

  • Exposure to working within diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.



Technologies:




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools.

  • Experience with travel management software and expense reporting tools.

  • Proffecient with AI
