The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide confidential and professional support to the Chief Financial Officer. You will manage calendars, organize meetings, draft communications, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and handle travel arrangements with discretion.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract requiring proactive, highly organized multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with strong IT skills in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
