If you're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a passion for providing exceptional support to senior leaders. If you enjoy creating structure, building strong stakeholder relationships, and making a real impact behind the scenes, we think you'll be a great fit for our Executive Assistant role.

  • Manage governance documentation, records and processes to support audit, compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, enabling focus on strategic priorities through effective planning, organisation and coordination.
  • Manage complex diaries and schedules, prioritising competing demands and aligning executive time with business priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, visas, itineraries and logistics for senior executives and leadership teams.
  • Organise meetings, events and leadership forums, including venue bookings, catering, teleconferencing facilities and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports and meeting packs, ensuring leaders are fully prepared for key discussions and decision-making.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining robust filing, data management and information security practices while building strong relationships across EMEA and global stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience providing executive support to senior leaders, board members and leadership teams within complex, fast-paced organisations.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance processes, including board administration, minute-taking, decision recording and action tracking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, anticipate requirements and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Highly skilled in producing concise, accurate and professional written communications, including meeting minutes, reports and executive documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage effectively with senior leaders, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential, sensitive or commercially important information.
  • Experienced in working across multiple functions, locations and time zones, building strong relationships and ensuring effective coordination.
