About the Role:

As part of a broader digital transformation initiative across Europe, the Regional IT Director is seeking a strategic partner to help coordinate and drive regional technology efforts. This role requires project management expertise, ensuring seamless communication and execution between headquarters and local teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and interpret project data from various European countries.
  • Organize and lead coordination meetings with local, regional, and headquarters technology teams.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports for senior management.
  • Bridge the gap between corporate strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment.
  • Monitor and support the rollout of regional technology initiatives.
  • Track project milestones and report progress to central leadership.
  • Assist local teams with implementation challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Supervise project managers to maintain schedules and deliverables.
  • Oversee all project phases—from planning to deployment.
  • Streamline processes to enhance project delivery speed.
  • Evaluate and report on project performance metrics.
