As an Executive Assistant you will team up with CEO and senior executives and manage administrative processes. The role provides an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow with a national award-winning Accounting practice. Role and Responsibilities

  1. Managing all communication
  2. Diary Management of Managers and Directors
  3. Client onboarding and Engagement process
  4. Manage HMRC and Government Gateway registrations
  5. Managing Client Information and Database management
  6. Client-set-up compliance
  7. Managing engagement and client onboarding procedure
  8. Liaising with HMRC
  9. Liaising with Clients and queries
  10. Managing communication with Companies House
  11. Prepare internal and external corporate documents
  12. Managing inward enquiries
  13. Managing events
  14. Promoting corporate strategic partnership
  15. Liaising with external parties e.g. Suppliers, Customers, Banks etc
