Executive Assistant

Location: Oldham (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing fintech group based in Oldham, is looking for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to join an ambitious business at a pivotal stage in its growth journey.

The Role:

As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the smooth running of the executive team. This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring excellent communication, initiative and the ability to stay one step ahead.

Key responsibilities include:

  • High-level diary and inbox management for senior executives
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Preparing reports, presentations and documents to a high standard
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Booking travel and managing itineraries
  • Supporting with project coordination and business operations as needed
  • Handling confidential information with discretion

About You:

  • Previous experience in a PA/EA role supporting senior leadership
  • Ideally graduate calibre with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident using MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Professional, personable and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Available to be in the office in Oldham a minimum of 3 days per week
