Role Description
12 month FTC Executive Assistant to CEO and Board.
This is a full-time position, 2 days per week will be hybrid.
Our client are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant which will be located in Birmingham.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, and handling general administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, managing communications, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and supporting senior executives in their daily activities.
Looking after CEO's inbox dealing with anything required including arranging meetings booking travel and accommodation and also dealing with any problems before its gets to the CEO
Dealing with board level expenses and holidays .
Thinking outside of the box
Preparing board meeting packs which will include presentations using PowerPoint
