Job summary

Residential Living Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and a team of five senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will manage priorities, coordinate across the leadership team, and prepare presentations and reports to keep the business running smoothly.

The role emphasizes diary and inbox management, meeting preparation, travel logistics, and continuous process improvements, with hybrid working and close collaboration with the CEO.

Job description

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes?

We're partnering with a growing and ambitious business seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and a team of five senior leaders. This is a varied and influential role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, take ownership of tasks, and anticipate what needs doing before being asked.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for providing high-level executive support while helping coordinate activity across the wider leadership team. You'll become a trusted right-hand person, ensuring priorities stay on track and the business operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities
  • Supporting the CEO with inbox management, communications and follow-up actions
  • Preparing presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Managing travel arrangements and logistics where required
  • Acting as a central point of contact across the senior leadership team
  • Supporting business projects and initiatives
  • Organising team events, meetings and wider administrative activities
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working
About You

We're open to candidates from a variety of industries and backgrounds. Property experience is not essential.
